　　背景介绍：科特·柯本，美国摇滚歌手，组建了震惊世界的Nirvana乐队。1994年4月5日，因不堪忍受胃痛、药物及成功带来的压力，以及一味受到粉丝追捧，深感自己的音乐不被理解，在西雅图家中开枪自杀，时年27岁。这句话是他自杀前遗书(a suicide note)的结尾，遗书中的很多内容都反映了他的痛苦与挣扎：
